A message dated April 20, 2014, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
CSHB 206(L&C) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted                                                               
for consideration:                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
      SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 206(L&C)                                                                              
      "An Act relating to motor vehicle service contracts; exempting                                                            
      motor vehicle service contracts from regulation as insurance; and
